I am extremely lucky to work with such a great team at North Nor’West Property and no-one works an auction like we do (if I do say so myself!).
This particular auction was in late November 2011. It was an extremely busy day as I had three auctions however whilst all successful this particular one was an extremely successful campaign with 12 registered bidders . Reserve price was $945k and the end result was $1,005,000.
After the auction the vendors were absolutely thrilled and the husband turned to me and said “Well we followed your advice and went along with everything you said and we are thankful we did! A brilliant result”.
With the experience I have had over the past 18 months EVERY vendor that listens and allows me to run the campaign like I feel it should be run, ends up with a result that exceeds their expectations. It is exciting, and whilst the pressure is always felt, it’s such a fantastic feeling when you achieve great results for clients.
It was my first million dollar sale and given it was my 3rd successful auction of the day it was a great note to end on. Nick Cleary was and is always my auctioneer of choice – excellent to work with and he always helps to achieve great results.
